The booking can be made through the online booking system or by phone. For a successful booking you will need to provide a valid e-mail address and a valid phone number. After providing the needed information, you can re-check your provided information again. If the booking was successful, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Cancellation

The person who have booked may cancel at any time and is responsible for informing all players in the group.
Cancellation of a booking is free.
Reservation may be cancelled at least two hours before the start of the game.

Payment:

You can pay cash on the spot with cash. We don't accept debit or credit cards.

Vouchers, coupons:

Purchase of gift vouchers can be done on the spot or online.

Arrival:

We kindly ask all players to arrive precisely to the given appointment. In case of being late for longer than 10 minutes, the timer starts in the game and the team will have less time to escape. The entrance is from the street, a sign will indicate it.

The conditions of participating:

The service of interactive logical game can only be taken with one’s own responsibility and every player will have to sign a declaration of personal responsibility taking on the spot. Can play simultaneously up to a maximum of 21 adults or 30 children. Players under the age of 8 need to be supervised by an adult, but the lower age limit is 7 years old. The available time for escaping the room is 60 minutes. The team must make their escape within this time limit; otherwise the game comes to an end.

Language of the game:

You can can play our games in English or Roumanian. The staff will give a short introduction before the game.

Closing the door:

Participants understand and accept that during the game, the room door will be locked out. This will be opened by solving the room or on completion of 60 minutes. On exceptional circumstances due to health problems, safety of participants or when we are asked to, the organizers will open the emergency door.

Video surveillance:

Participants understand and accept that during the game and its proper implementation will be followed with surveillance camera inside your room. Using cameras is necessary for the proper functioning of the game. The organizers will not take photos or videos in any moment of the game.

Health Status:

People who suffer from claustrophobia, panic attacks, asthma, heart disease and other afflictions incompatible with the game are advised not to participate. If a participant under one of these conditions decides to participate in the game, he will take his own risk. The Escapers is not responsible for the person's participation in the game. If the person decides the game has stopped, the organizers will unlock the door.

Do not touch:

It is forbidden to touch objects with "do not touch" and we kindly ask you not to peel off.

Privacy:

Participants understand and accept the privacy of both parties. Video recording or photography is forbidden in the room for non-compliance with these rules, the game will be stopped and the money will not be refunded. The Escapers will not store video recordings game participants, and their personal data will not be disclosed, they are used only for promotional purposes for the benefit of participants and the company.

Scenarios:

Scenarios rooms were made taking into account all necessary precautions: rooms do not contain harmful or injurious elements for the participants.

Skills required:

The games are based on the use of intelligence, logic and intuition. Under no circumstances is necessary to use force. Any damage of the objects inside the room will be imputed to the participating team who caused it. Gaming solutions do not involve alteration decorations, furniture, surveillance installations, sound, lighting or electrical.

Forbidden:

People under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not take part in the game. No offense, but they will be send away for the room and for their own safety. It is strictly forbidden to bring pointing, cutting weapons, firearms, dangerous objects or objects which may threaten other people life, to the game area. It is forbidden to smoke, to take pictures or to make a video in the game zone and within the lobby area.
